Executive Block
On 2nd May 2019 at the launch ceremony, Capital Smart city launched the “Executive Block”. The company representatives briefly explained the salient features of the block and after which clients of the “general block” were, for a limited time, presented with the opportunity to shift their plots into the executive block.
The submission of applications for the limited time special offer was viable until 24th May 2019, after which an additional 30% amount is to be paid to the society for conversion or booking of a new plot in the Executive Block. The price of plots in the Executive block in 30% more than that of the General block. For clients who seek conversion of their block after deadline will have to pay an additional price and a fixed rate. The first balloting event due in November 2019 was delayed for a month as dictated by the management, due to “political unrest” in the Capital region.
The balloting event was conducted for the investors and the eligible clients of both the executive and overseas blocks of CSCI. The society also launched a map, through which the eligible investors were able to select the plots. Only investors who booked their plots in half or full payment were offered the option to select their plots.
The deadline decided for the eligible members to choose their plot number of choice was December 5th 2019. Selection was not provided after. The members were allowed the privilege to visit the head office of Capital Smart city in order to finalize their choice.
After the plot selection process deadline, the remaining viable files were also included in the first ballot. In the 3rd week of December, a computerized ballot was conducted to allot numbers to both residential and commercial plots.
The remaining plot non-viable files were not be included in the first ballot held in the 3rd week of December 2019.
